Jets fall to Wild 5-1 after four unanswered goals in the third

ST. PAUL, Minn. -- Joel Armia scored his second goal of the NHL pre-season at 11:46 of the first period to pull the Winnipeg Jets even at 1-1 with the Minnesota Wild after the first period at the Xcel Energy Center on Saturday night.

Armia, playing on a line with Mathieu Perreault and Patrik Laine, took a terrific pass from defenceman Josh Morrissey, tried to beat Wild goalie Devan Dubnyk once and then stuffed in the rebound.

The equalizer came less than two minutes after Minnesota left-winger Zach Parise deflected a point shot past goalie Michael Hutchinson at 10:07 on the power play.
