The Jets dropped their second-straight home game Saturday afternoon as the Minnesota Wild posted a well-earned 3-1 victory at Bell MTS Place.
An injury to star defenceman Dustin Byfuglien as Winnipeg tried to rally in the third period only made matters worse.
The hosts fell to 24-12-2, while the Wild upped their reccord to 17-17-3. Winnipeg had been looking to bounce back from a bitter 4-1 defeat to the visting Calgary Flames on Thursday.
