The captain of the Winnipeg Jets said this morning one of his former teammates should move on.
Andrew Ladd spoke to reporters after the Jets optional morning skate at the MTS Centre today, responding to accusations made by former Jets left-winger Evander Kane — who’s now a member of the Buffalo Sabres — that his Jets teammates and the organization here didn’t have his back before he was traded to the Sabres last February.
Kane’s comments were published this week in a story that appeared in The Hockey News.
"I think we’ve moved on here," Ladd said today.
