Brayden Schenn opened the scoring with the Flyers first power play goal since the overtime winner in Boston. Wayne Simmonds added a second power play goal midway through the third. The penalty kill went four for four and the Flyers defeated the Winnipeg Jets 3-0 on Saturday night.

It was a physical start to game. Both teams did not shy away from contact.
