The swoons continue for the Vancouver Canucks and Winnipeg Jets, both of whom have struggled badly on defense amidst ugly extended stretches that followed encouraging starts.
The Jets look to end a six-game skid Wednesday night when they host the Vancouver Canucks, losers of six of seven, in the teams' first matchup of 2015-16.
Winnipeg (8-9-2) went 8-4-1 in its first 13 games and allowed two or fewer goals seven times, but there were some bad signs as well with four or more given up six times - along with four games in which it allowed at least 40 shots on goal.
