WICHITA, Kan. – Wichita State baseball has signed Rose State College standout pitcher Jake Hamilton, it was announced Friday, May 3.
Hamilton will join the WSU baseball roster in the fall of 2019.
A 6-foot-4, 195-pound right-hander from Asher, Okla., Hamilton is 6-1 with a 2.08 ERA in 11 appearances and starts for Rose State College, located in Midwest City, Okla., this spring, and currently leads NJCAA Division I in both strikeouts (129) and strikeouts per game (16.75).
In 69 1/3 innings pitched for the Raiders, he has surrendered just 16 earned runs on 34 hits and thrown three complete games.
