WICHITA, Kan. – Wichita State baseball student-athlete Paxton Wallace has been named to the American Athletic Conference Honor Roll for the week of Feb. 22-28.
Wallace, a junior infielder from Greenbrier, Ark., hit .556 with 10 hits, 11 RBI, a double, a triple, two home runs and two stolen bases in four games last week for the Shockers.
In the series victory over SIUE, Wallace hit .615 with eight hits in 13 at bats. In the win on Friday, he had a career day, going a career-best 3-for-4 with two home runs and a career-high seven RBI.
