WICHITA, Kan. - Wichita State men's basketball head coach Paul Mills announced the hiring of Josh Eilert as a new assistant coach Tuesday afternoon.
Eilert replaces the assistant coach position that was previously held by Quincy Acy.
"Quincy Acy was a wonderful addition to our staff when I became the head coach," Mills said. "He's a phenomenal person and teacher and I couldn't be happier for him as he leaves Wichita to spend more time with his family and pursue other opportunities."
Eilert is no stranger to the state of Kansas and college coaching with more than two decades of experience at the Power 4 level.
