WICHITA, Kan. – Wichita State head women's basketball coach Keitha Adams announced the signing of two student-athletes to National Letters of Intent Wednesday morning.
Ashlei Kirven and DaJinae McCarty will join the Shockers for the 2019-20 season.
Ashlei Kirven | Forward | 6'3" | Beaumont, Texas
Ashlei Kirven will join the Shocker family from Beaumont, Texas and Beaumont United High School. A four-year letterwinner and two-time team captain, Kirven averaged 27 points, 10 rebounds, seven assists and three blocks as a junior. During her prep career she has been named the Newcomer of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, All-District MVP, Vype MVP and a Super Gold First and Second Teamer.
