WICHITA—The Shocker Track and Field program is celebrating 50 years of women's athletics at Wichita State at its annual banquet on Dec. 6.
The day is kicked off at 10:30 a.m. with the program's Intrasquad Meet at the Heskett Center. The action then moves over to Charles Koch Arena for the annual Wichita State Track and Field Banquet at 6 p.m. in the Aetna Multipurpose Center. After the banquet wraps up, an Alumni and Team Social will be held in the Champions Club.
All former women's Wichita State track and field/cross country athletes have invitations extended to them for all of the day's festivities.
