AWENDAW, S.C. – Zac Owens and Dawson Lewis both shot even-par on Tuesday to lead the Wichita State men's golf team in the final round of the Hootie at Bulls Bay.
The Shockers (296-294-294—884, +20) finished 15th in a stacked field -- 14 of the 16 schools came into the tournament slotted among the top-100 in GolfStat's NCAA Division I rankings – but outperformed five others on the last of threes days of competition at Bulls Bay Golf Club.
Lewis (73-72-72—217, +1) was WSU's top individual performer, finishing 28th out of 96 entries.
