CINCINNATI, Ohio -- The Wichita State women's tennis team earned another round of sweet revenge after besting Cincinnati, 4-0, Friday afternoon on the Western Athletic Club indoor courts.
Five of the 10 Shocker victories this spring have come against teams that bested them last season. These Bearcats did it twice, including season-ender in the first round of the 2022 American Athletic Conference Championship.
Friday's match followed a much different script.
"We played a very aggressive doubles point and kept our foot on the gas in singles," head coach said. "Cincinnati made a push on every court, but we responded well.
