The Wichita State men’s basketball program is set to begin its season on Wednesday evening at Charles Koch Arena against the Oral Roberts.
The first game of the college basketball season for Division I schools was scheduled to take place on Nov. 25, which is a later start date than a traditional college basketball season. Wichita State and other Division I programs have had that start date postponed due to positive COVID-19 tests, making this offseason the longest one yet.
“With us going to South Dakota and missing three games, everything has been pushed back totally,” Brown said.
