The Wichita State women's tennis team steamrolled to a 6-1 victory over host Oral Roberts in a Friday afternoon dual match at the Bernis Duke Tennis Center.
The Shockers (6-4) won the doubles point and swept the Nos. 2-6 singles matches. Their lone loss of the day came on court 1.
It was WSU's first outdoor match of the spring season. Temperature at first serve (1 p.m.) was 44 degrees.
The Shockers have now won 17-straight against ORU and lead the all-time series 23-7.
WSU's road trip continues Saturday in Fayetteville, Ark. where they'll meet Arkansas in a 10 a.
