DALLAS, Texas - The Wichita State women's tennis team put together six total wins in day two of the SMU Red and Blue Challenge Saturday.
In doubles, the Shockers took on both Tulsa and Wyoming and in singles faced off against Wyoming. No. 14 ranked Bizhukova and Bellucco went 1-1 on the day, knocking off Koonik and Van der ploeg (6-1), who rank No. 60. The Shocker duo fell to Tulsa's Okalova and Ploner, 6-3.
Elsewhere, Ting-Ya Hsu teamed with Sandra Honigova to defeat Matoula and Poppe of Tulsa and the Golden Hurricane duo of Hopton and Muelenberg dropped Sarvinoz Saidhujaeva and Alexandra Lazarova.
