BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Wichita State women's basketball came up just short in a 73–71 overtime thriller at Western Kentucky on Monday night inside E.A. Diddle Arena.
Graduate guard led the Shockers with 19 points, knocking down five three-pointers to finish in double figures for the third-straight game. added 14 points and seven rebounds, while posted six points and a team-high eight boards.
Point guard once again orchestrated the offense with a game-high seven assists to go along with nine points and six rebounds.
After trailing 18-11 early in the second quarter, Wichita State erupted for a 21–6 run to take a 32-22 lead into halftime.
