WICHITA, Kan. - Wichita State fell to No. 17 Kansas 3-0 on Tuesday night at Charles Koch Arena to end a four-match win streak. The Shockers lost by scores of 28-26, 25-14 and 25-16.
The Jayhawks held Wichita State (6-3) to a season-low .016 hitting percentage with 29 kills and 27 errors. Kansas (7-4) hit .220, with 43 kills and 16 errors.
Sydney Dunning led the Shockers with eight kills and 14 digs. Setter Jordan Heatherly recorded 12 assists and hit .429, both Shocker bests, to go along with 13 digs.
