WICHITA, Kan. – The Wichita State men's tennis team collected a 5-2 win over Denver, Saturday at Genesis Health Club.
With the win, the Shockers improve to 1-1 on the season, while Denver drops to 0-1.
Doubles
The Shockers made quick work of the Pioneers in doubles action, winning matches in the first and second flights to clinch the doubles point. On court one, Marius Frosa and Eddie Stoica took on Denver's James Davis and Matt Summers. The Shocker duo jumped to an early lead and never looked back, winning 6-3.
