OPELIKA, Ala. - The Wichita State men's golf team finished in 16th place at the Tiger Invitational presented by Jason Dufner.
The Shockers finished with a team score of 19-over--883, posting rounds of 288, 295, and 300.
Wichita State got off to a strong start on Sunday, riding an opening round 68 from Blake Lorenz to an even-par 288 that was good for a tie for ninth place. Lorenz was tied for fourth at four-under following 18 holes, ultimately settling for a tie for 35th after shooting 74 on Monday and 77 on Tuesday.
