Shocker Drop SMU For First Time in History

DALLAS- Wichita State collected their seventh-straight victory Friday, cruising past SMU, 4-3, at the SMU Tennis Complex.

The win marks the first time the Shockers have taken down SMU in school history. The two have met a total of nine times dating back to 1981.

In their inaugural season in the American Athletic Conference, the Shockers are 2-0 against AAC opponents. The Shockers took down Tulsa, 4-3, back on Feb. 19 in Tulsa.
