PALM COAST, Fla.- As the Wichita State women's golf team wrapped up the 2018-19 season on Tuesday, seniors Gavrilla Arya and Laine Evans finished their careers in the black and gold with top 20 finishes at the American Athletic Conference Championship.
The two finishes mark the fifth top 20 finish of the season for each senior. Evans shot an even par in her final round of collegiate golf, with her best score of the tournament putting her in a tie for 12th place. Arya came up with another 75 after shooting the same score in the second round on Monday, putting her in a tie for 15th place after compiling a 222 54-hole score.
