EUGENE, Oregon—Cory Martens and Claudia Rojo represented the Wichita State track and field teams on the final day of the Hayward Premiere on Saturday.
Director of Track and Field and Cross Country Steve Rainbolt said they have outdone themselves at Oregon.
"I will forever miss Historic Hayward Field, but I am super impressed with the new stadium. This is just an incredible facility. I feel like that we had a really nice to meet. We got a lot of good things accomplished."
Cory Martens competed in the discus and shot put competitions.
