WICHITA, Kan. – Wichita State infielder Brock Rodden was named to the American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll, the conference announced Monday. It is the second such honor for Rodden this season, adding to his selection on March 21.
Rodden continued his hot hitting over the course of four games this week against Oklahoma State and Memphis. The switch-hitter went a combined 9-for-18 (.500) in those contests, homering twice, scoring six runs and driving in five. From the final game of the UCF series last Sunday through the opener against Memphis, Rodden homered in three consecutive games.
