PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Wichita State University senior infielder Luke Ritter was named to the American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll for his performance on the diamond the week of April 1-7, it was announced Monday, April 8.
It's Ritter's third honor roll recognition of the season, and the sixth of his career.
A native of Overland, Park, Kan., Ritter hit .533 with eight hits in 15 at bats in the Shockers' four games during the week. He posted three doubles, a homer, four RBIs, four walks and a stolen base, and only struck out twice.
