RH Rapid Reaction: No. 13 ND 67, No. 6 WSU 66

Notre Dame's zone defense changed the game in the second half. It slowed Wichita State's pace, kept the Shockers from fast-break baskets and kept them out of the lane and off the foul line. With Shaq Morris in foul trouble, the Shockers didn't get much going against the offense until late when Landry Shamet scored on floaters.

The Irish offense got going in the second half. It made 14 of 24 shots and 13 of 15 free throws. Bonzie Colson scored 17 of his game-high 25 points in the second half. He made 5 of 7 shots in the second half.
