Loren Hibbs, Wichita State baseball assistant athletic director for operations and player development, talks about his first month on the job. Hibbs, from Wellington, played outfield for the Shockers from 1982-84 and served as assistant coach from 1985-1992.
He worked as head coach at Charlotte from 1993-2019 before returning to Wichita State to work for coach Eric Wedge.
On his return to Wichita State:
