RH: Coaches Emphasized Physical Play in Preparation

By Paul Suellentrop

Wichita State has out-rebounded all four of its opponents, ranks in the top 20 in offensive rebounding nationally and averages six more second-chance points than its opponents.

Coach Paul Mills, however, wants to see more physical play from the Shockers after Tuesday's 62-59 loss at Boise State. While they out-rebounded the Broncos, they allowed three offensive rebounds during a game-changing stretch in the first half. Boise State turned those rebounds into seven points while it flipped a one-point deficit into a 27-20 lead.

Wichita State (3-1) plays Milwaukee (2-3) at 6 p.
