WICHITA – Wichita State head women's basketball coach Terry Nooner announced the addition of Xavier transfer Kaysia Woods to the 2024-25 roster Thursday afternoon.
A native of Lincoln, Neb., Woods spent three seasons with the Musketeers, appearing in 69 games and making 20 starts.
"Kaysia Woods brings an elite shooting ability and an exceptional basketball IQ to our team," Nooner said. "With her versatility and competitive spirit, she elevates our perimeter size and adds depth to our forward position."
The 6-0 guard with the ability to play forward averaged 7.5 points per game last season with a career-high 17 points against James Madison and will join the Shockers for her final season of eligibility.
