WICHITA – Wichita State head women's basketball coach Terry Nooner inked his final two signees for the 2025-26 season, signing Azjah Reeves and Jayla Smith.
Reeves, a 5-foot-8 junior transfer guard, joins the Shockers after two seasons at McNeese State. The Oklahoma City, Okla. native started 31 games as a freshman, tying for a team-high 44 steals and ranking second on the team in assists with 58 and three pointers with 30.
"Azjah is a physical combo guard who can impact the game at either guard spot," Nooner said. "She brings instant offense with her ability to score at all three levels and has a high basketball IQ that allows her to make smart plays consistently.
