BROOKVILLE, Fla. – The Wichita State men's golf team heads to Southern Hills Plantation Club for the 2022 American Athletic Conference Men's Golf Championship beginning on Friday morning. The Shockers are seeded eighth and will tee off along with #7 East Carolina and #9 Temple in the 7:00-7:40 am group. Teams will then be re-paired for round two on Saturday based on the standings after round one. The squads will play 18 holes each day, crowning a champion on Sunday.
Defending champion South Florida is the top seed in this year's tournament. The Bulls are ranked #42 according to Golfstat, one slot ahead of SMU.
