WICHITA, Kan. – Wichita State completed its roster overhaul with the addition of West Virginia transfer Teddy Allen.

Allen, a 6-foot-5 forward, signed a financial aid agreement Wednesday. He will enroll in summer classes at WSU and have three seasons of eligibility remaining.

As a true freshman at West Virginia, Allen appeared in 35 games and averaged 7.0 points and 2.7 rebounds in just under 12 minutes per game. He scored in double-figures on 13 occasions, including twice during the Mountaineers' run to the Sweet 16.

Originally from Mesa, Ariz., Allen spent his last two high school years in Nebraska playing for head coach Tom Krehbiel at Boys Town High.
