WICHITA, Kan. – Wichita State head women's tennis coach Colin Foster announced the addition of Wichita native Max Wheeler to the coaching staff as an additional assistant coach on Thursday afternoon.
"I'm very excited to add Max to our staff," Foster said. "He is a super positive guy who brings a great energy to the team, and he is a very hard worker."
Wheeler returns to his hometown of Wichita after finishing his collegiate playing career at William Jewell College, an NCAA Division II institution in Liberty, Missouri.
As a William Jewell Cardinal, Wheeler was a two-time Academic All-Grand Lakes Valley Conference selection.
