KANSAS CITY - Redshirt sophomore Kenni Henson wrapped up play at the Kansas City Women's Match Play Championship Wednesday with a second place finish.
Henson came up just a stroke short in the finals vs. Rachel Stous, claiming a runner-up finish.
Current Shockers Megan Lucas and Sarah Lawson also competed at the event. Both players were defeated by Henson on her way to the finals. Lucas won two matches before falling in the semifinals to Henson, while Lawson exited in the quarterfinals.
