WICHITA, Kan. - Wichita State student-athletes Murkel Dellien and Marius Frosa have officially been invited to join the field of 32 of the NCAA Doubles Championships, set to begin May 20 in Orlando.
Doubles competition will be conducted May 20-25 at the USTA National Campus after the conclusion of the team championship. All matches will be a best-of-three sets, with a 10-point match tiebreaker being played in lieu of a third set.
The All-conference doubles tandem become just the eighth Shocker duo to reach the Championships, and the second since Roberto Saad and Paul Smith in 1983.
