EUGENE, Ore. – Wichita State qualified five athletes to the USATF Outdoor Championships and USATF U20 Outdoor Championships at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore. The Shockers compete Friday through Sunday in four events.
Freshmen Sadie Millard, Tess Roman and Luke Porter wrap up their first year as Shockers with one last multi-event competition. Millard and Roman compete in the U20 heptathlon Friday and Saturday, and Porter is set for the U20 decathlon on Saturday and Sunday.
Coming off her Second Team All-America performance in the high jump at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, Destiny Masters will compete in the high jump at the USATF Championships.
