BOULDER CITY, Nev.- Shooting the back nine holes with seven for par and two for birdie, Laine Evans finished the Jackrabbit Invitational tied for 17th.
The senior finished the final 18 holes with a 77 to claim her third top 20 finish of the season, coming up with her 14th in her college career in the process.
Evans shot a birdie to go one under par through the first four holes, shooting five bogeys to total her score to five over par heading into the final nine holes. The Wichita, Kan., native rallied behind two birdies and seven pars in the back nine to climb her way into the top 20.
