"Thanks for assembling today. Today, we're here to introduce our fourth and eighth women's head basketball coach, Linda Hargrove. This is an opportunity I believe - during this time of transition - that became an obvious choice to me; to take advantage. A lot of times your decisions are dictated by resources that you have available, and I consider Linda to be a very valuable resource that happens to be right here from Derby.
