COLUMBIA, Mo. – The Wichita State men's and women's cross country teams travel to Missouri for the Gans Creek Invitational on Friday.
The men are coming off a team win at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational on Sept. 18 where they place all five runners in the top 10. Jed Helker earned the individual victory with a personal-best time of 24:18.00 (8K).
"On the men's side, we hope to continue our momentum after a successful meet in Nebraska," head coach Kirk Hunter said. "Every week is a new week. We line up against some great teams with terrific coaches, and we have to continue to strive to be the best team we can be every single time out.
