Black Sweeps Fall World Series

WICHITA, Kan. – Jack Sigrist crossed home plate on a wild pitch in the bottom of the 10th-inning, lifting the Black Team to a 4-3 walk-off win over the Yellow Team in the Wichita State Baseball Black and Yellow Fall World Series third game Friday, Oct. 16, at Eck Stadium, Home of Tyler Field.

With the victory, the Black Team swept the five-game series, 3-0.

Corrigan Bartlett led Black at the plate in the deciding game, going 2-for-4 with a double, while Hunter Gibson added a hit and drove in a pair of runs.
