WICHITA, Kan. – Wichita State athletics, in partnership with the Kansas Humane Society, will host "Bark in the Park" at the Shocker baseball game against UCF Saturday, April 20, at 10:30 a.m. at Eck Stadium, Home of Tyler Field. Gates for the contest will open at 9 a.m.
KHS will have several adoptable dogs at the game. Fans that would like adopt a new furry friend will have to go to the Kansas Humane Society, located at 3313 N. Hillside St. in Wichita, to complete the adoption process.
Anyone who shows a ticket from Saturday's game while adopting from KHS will receive a free WSU collar and leash through April 30, or while supplies last.
