Women's Tennis Earns Hard-Fought Win Over UMKC

KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan women's tennis team improved to 7-0 on the season, taking down Kansas City, 6-1, on Saturday afternoon at West Hills Athletic Club.

For the first time this season the Broncos dropped the doubles point. The team of Femke Tjon-A-Joe and Ana Guadiana made quick work of Michel Xibilia and Yana Grechkina, 6-1, at No. 1 but it was the only victory WMU got in doubles.
