Women's Soccer Falls to Bowling Green, 1-0

KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan women's soccer team fell to Mid-American Conference leaders Bowling Green, 1-0, at the WMU Soccer Complex on Sunday afternoon.

The lone goal came in the 36th minute by Kennedy White. White crossed the ball from the right side of the box but the ball drifted on frame and bounced off the left post and in. Junior goalkeeper Maggie Rogers made four saves on the day.

The Broncos (7-9-1, 5-4-1 MAC) limited most of Bowling Green's 16 shots from the fringes of the box or outside. WMU landed three shots on goal, with Bailey Korhorn, Hannah Kahn and Grace Labadie each getting one.
