Women's Hoops Falls to Buffalo in First Game of 2018

BUFFALO, N.Y. – The Western Michigan women's basketball team dropped its first Mid-American Conference game on Wednesday evening at MAC East favorite Buffalo, 71-49. The Broncos snap their four-game winning streak and drop to 8-6 overall and 1-1 in the conference.

Due to snowy conditions in the Buffalo area, the Broncos had difficulty traveling into Wednesday night's game and were forced to spend Tuesday night in Baltimore, Md. before landing in Bull territory early this morning.

Junior Breanna Mobley was the only Bronco player to score in double digits with 12.
