Western Michigan earned a ticket to the Quicken Loans Arena to face top-seeded Central Michigan with the 73-66 win over Miami in the first round Monday night. The Broncos are 21-27 in the MAC Tournament and have advanced to the quarterfinals in each of the last five years, a feat the program did not accomplish for four straight years prior to Shane Clipfell's hire.
