WMU women's tennis snaps losing streak with win over Eastern Michigan

Western Michigan women’s tennis snapped its four-match losing skid with a 4-3 victory over Eastern Michigan in Kalamazoo Friday.

The Broncos started out on a sour note as Taylor Smith and Elizabeth Trupp were beaten, 0-6, at court No. 3 and Femke Tjon-A-Joe and Ana Guadiana lost 3-6 at No. 1, allowing EMU to take the doubles point. Lindsey Zieglar and Kaitlyn Rogosch were tied 4-4 when their match was called with the doubles point secured.
