WMU Stumbles at Home Against Cleveland State

KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan men's basketball team fell at home to Cleveland State, 71-49, in non-conference action on Saturday afternoon at University Arena.

Lamar Norman Jr. led Western Michigan (2-5) in scoring for the fifth game in a row, as the senior netted 13 points. Titus Wright added eight points and a game-high six rebounds for the Broncos.

WMU won the opening tip and tallied the first basket of the afternoon, as JaVaughn Hannah grabbed an offensive rebound and put it back in to get the Broncos on the board first.
