KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan softball team and head coach Kathy Leitke announced their fall competition schedule on Thursday, Sept. 4.
The fall schedule kicks off on Sept. 21 in Traverse City when the Broncos take on in-state rival Central Michigan and Northwood University that Saturday at Traverse City West High School. The tournament continues Sept. 22 with WMU playing Detroit Mercy and heading to the tournament finals that afternoon depending on wins/losses.
Western Michigan then hosts Aquinas and Purdue University - Fort Wayne on Sept. 29 for a three-game slate starting at 10:00 a.
