WMU men's soccer beats Butler in front of capacity crowd in home opener

Bronco men’s soccer defeated the Butler Bulldogs 2-0 Monday afternoon at WMU Soccer Complex for its first win of the season.

Junior forward Charlie Sharp was the standout collecting a goal and an assist on 3 shots. Junior midfielder Dylan Sing netted his first goal of the season in the 15th minute off Sharp’s assist.

“Any time we play here in the Farm we want to win.” Sharp said. “We want to defend our turf and show that it is not going to be an easy game here. Today we came out and executed that.”
