WMU hockey tops Omaha, 4-1

The Broncos remained hot on offense, once again completely outshooting their opponent throughout the game. The Broncos didn’t take long to punch in their first goal of the night, as Washe tucked the puck on a crazy bounce off many bodies, that eventually dropped in front of him at the 6:05 mark in the first period. McGing assisted the goal, as he leads the team with eleven assists on the season. McGing also scored a tad later in the game, giving the Broncos a 3-0 lead in the second period.

Goaltender Ben Blacker played a great game for the Broncos, as he was pitching a shutout until only 52 seconds were left in the game when Teemu Pulkkinen scored to put the game at 4-1.
