KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Western Michigan hockey team is holding steady at No. 11 in the latest USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine poll released on Monday.
WMU split with Colorado College over the weekend, with both games heading to overtime. The Broncos took the Friday game 3-2 on Richard Zehnal's winner just 35 seconds into overtime but fell 6-5 on Saturday. Western Michigan also comes it at 12th in the US College Hockey Online poll. WMU has been a fixture in the national rankings this season and have spent the last nine polls in the top 15.
